Release of Liability Agreement

Welcome to Premier Pairing, LLC at premierpairing.com. This Release of Liability Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into between Premier Pairing LLC, a professional recruitment company specializing in finding matches for matchmakers globally, and the individual registering into the Premier Pairing LLC database (the "Registrant").

By accessing our website (“Site”) or any other website and/or application operated by Premier Pairing LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into this Agreement.

When using specific Premier Pairing LLC services, you agree to abide by any posted guidelines or rules applicable to those services, which are also incorporated herein.

We reserve the right to refuse service or access to our Services to anyone at any time, in our sole discretion. If your use of the Site or Services violates these Terms, you waive any and all legal rights and remedies against Premier Pairing LLC.

We may amend these Terms due to changes in laws, business practices, or the introduction of new services. Notice of material changes will be provided via reasonable means, such as email. Continuing to use our Services after such changes constitutes your agreement to the updated Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please disconnect from the Site immediately. By navigating this website or creating a profile, you legally consent to these Terms.

Eligibility

To become a Client or Member of Premier Pairing LLC and use our Services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Represent and warrant that you have not been previously suspended from the Services and that your use of the Services complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
• If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of an entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms.

Summary of Terms

By using our Services, you confirm that you:

• Are at least 18 years of age.
• Are single, divorced, widowed, or separated from your partner.
• Have provided truthful, accurate, and complete details.
• Are seeking a monogamous relationship.
• Do not have any criminal convictions.

You are prohibited from:

• Harming the reputation of Premier Pairing LLC, its Clients, or Members.
• Making defamatory statements about Premier Pairing LLC or its services.
• Disclosing confidential information to third parties.
• Causing nuisance, inconvenience, or anxiety to any Client, Member, or employee of Premier Pairing LLC.
• Acting in an abusive, threatening, harassing, obscene, libelous, offensive, sexist, racist, or discriminatory manner.
• Impersonating another person.
• Using our services for commercial purposes or promoting products or services.
• Providing photographs or materials for which you do not own the copyright.
• Pressuring others sexually or otherwise, misrepresenting yourself, or providing inaccurate background information.

Violation of these Terms may result in immediate termination of this Agreement and prohibition from future use of our Services.

Database Registration

The Registrant is voluntarily registering into the Premier Pairing LLC database for the sole purpose of potentially being matched with clients of professional matchmakers who work with Premier Pairing LLC. Registration is free of charge, and the Registrant’s information will remain private and confidential unless otherwise agreed. No individual or organization, other than matchmakers (and their clients) working directly with Premier Pairing LLC, will have access to the Registrant’s personal information, including photos, bios, or contact details.

Proprietary System

The Premier Pairing LLC database is a proprietary system used exclusively by Premier Pairing LLC for internal purposes. Premier Pairing LLC will share the Registrant’s profile and match preferences with matchmakers who work with Premier Pairing LLC in order to present potential matches for their clients. Premier Pairing LLC may also directly match individuals with other individuals or Premier Pairing LLC clients, in addition to facilitating introductions on behalf of professional matchmakers.

Third-Party Matchmaking Companies

If a matchmaker expresses interest in the Registrant’s profile, Premier Pairing LLC will put the Registrant in direct contact with that matchmaker. Any further communication, coordination, or meetings arranged by the matchmaker are outside the scope of Premier Pairing LLC’s involvement.

The Registrant acknowledges that Premier Pairing LLC is not responsible for any actions, outcomes, or liabilities that may occur as a result of meeting a client from a matchmaker outside of Premier Pairing LLC. This includes, but is not limited to, any misrepresentation or incomplete information provided by the third-party matchmaker or their client.

Confidentiality and Data Protection

Premier Pairing LLC stores and processes your personal information, including sensitive personal information, to provide you with high-quality Services, communicate with you, and for marketing and accounting purposes. We maintain strict security measures to protect your private information.

Compliance with Privacy Laws

Premier Pairing LLC complies with all applicable data protection and privacy laws, including but not limited to the New Jersey Data Privacy Act (NJDPA) and relevant New Jersey state privacy regulations, where applicable. The Registrant’s personal information will be handled in accordance with these laws and any other applicable data protection standards.

Clients and Members agree to keep confidential any private information received regarding other Clients and Members and their interactions, as well as the Matchmaking and Dating Services provided by Premier Pairing LLC. You agree not to use another Client's or Member's information or our Services for unlawful purposes. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or disclosure of private or confidential information.

Premier Pairing LLC reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and pursue legal action against any Client or Member who breaches confidentiality obligations.

No Verification of Information

Premier Pairing LLC does not verify, nor is it responsible for verifying, any personal, professional, or background information of the Registrant or any individual introduced by third-party matchmakers. This includes, but is not limited to, information regarding background checks, personal history, or any claims made by individuals or matchmakers. It is the sole responsibility of the Registrant to conduct their own due diligence regarding any match or individual they meet through a matchmaker introduced by Premier Pairing LLC.

Limitation of Liability

You agree to provide truthful and accurate information. Premier Pairing LLC relies on the integrity of information provided by Members and Clients. Premier Pairing LLC performs routine verification checks but does not guarantee the marital status, mental state, or criminal record of any Member.

Premier Pairing LLC is not responsible for interactions between Clients and Members. Exercise caution in all interactions, including meeting in public places and protecting financial information.

The Registrant agrees that Premier Pairing LLC is not liable for any damages, losses, or claims of any kind that may arise from interactions or meetings facilitated by matchmakers outside of Premier Pairing LLC. Premier Pairing LLC does not guarantee any specific outcomes from these meetings and is not responsible for any behavior, communication, or conduct of individuals introduced by other matchmaking companies.

Disclaimer: Premier Pairing LLC is not liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from your use of our Services.

Indemnification

The Registrant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Premier Pairing LLC, its employees, officers, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with any meetings, interactions, or relationships formed as a result of introductions made by matchmakers using the Premier Pairing LLC database.

No Warranties

Premier Pairing LLC makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the services provided by matchmakers or the compatibility, safety, or suitability of any match introduced to the Registrant. Premier Pairing LLC’s role is strictly limited to presenting potential matches to professional matchmakers, and the Registrant agrees that Premier Pairing LLC has no further responsibility or involvement beyond that point.

Note: Premier Pairing LLC does not guarantee 100% success through its Services.

Public Use of Profile Information and Consent for Sharing

By accepting this Agreement, the Registrant grants Premier Pairing LLC permission to share select profile information (such as name, photo, bio, and professional summary) on social media platforms, online groups, forums, and other public forums for promotional or matchmaking purposes.

Limitations

• Premier Pairing LLC will not share sensitive personal information such as contact details, financial data, or identifying details beyond what is specified here.
• Purpose: Information may be shared to promote matchmaking opportunities, networking, or industry-related activities.
• Control and Opt-Out: The Registrant may withdraw this permission at any time by providing written notice to Premier Pairing LLC. Upon receipt, Premier Pairing LLC will cease using the Registrant’s information for such purposes, but prior posts may remain in compliance with applicable laws.

The Registrant acknowledges and agrees that once their information is posted publicly, Premier Pairing LLC cannot control how third parties may use or share it. The Registrant waives any claims against Premier Pairing LLC for unauthorized use by third parties of publicly shared content.

Third-Party Links, Products, and Services

Our Services may be accessed through third-party websites. Premier Pairing LLC disclaims liability for any content, products, or services obtained through these sites.

General

Premier Pairing LLC retains all copyright, trademark, and intellectual property rights in the materials and content on our Site.

If any provision of this Agreement is found invalid or unenforceable, it shall be modified to preserve Premier Pairing LLC’s intent, with the remaining provisions remaining in full force.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
